The presented publication is the first of the planned series of new translations of Ester Singer Kreitman’s prose. This writer, nicknamed “the Singer brothers’ older sister” is yet to be discovered by the Polish readers. With the entire series in mind, we decided to design original font inspired by the Hebrew alphabet, based around a nett with the Star of David as a module. It is a set of symbols used mostly in formatting the titles. Other identifying elements of the series will be the different shades of grey used for the book covers and the fonts and ornaments printed with the use of metallic foil.
